PEO Launches it’s first Senior Leadership Group

Toronto, Ontario, June 20, 2018

PEO launched it’s first Senior Leadership Group (SLG) in May 2018. The SLG has attracted attention throughout the PEO Leadership Community as well as the business community at large, because it is a completely unique offering in the marketplace and a means to groom and develop future leadership. The group is led by Leslie Ferrari and is composed of the next generation of senior leaders who are career oriented, driven to succeed, and determined to grow their skills through the PEO peer advisory process. We are very happy with the overall response to this new initiative; a second SLG is expected to launch in October 2018. Individuals interested in nominating someone or those interested in being part of this group should act quickly.

Over 90% of the group’s members have been hand picked and nominated by their C-Level Executive or President. This is an excellent opportunity for Business Leaders to groom their Executive Team and to facilitate the succession process.
