One on One Coaching:

The primary focus for our Executive Advisors is to accelerate PEO members on their leadership journey by providing honest, wise, objective and direct advice. They do this by gaining a true understanding of you and your company – by identifying the essence of your organization, its structure as well as the markets it operates in and the goods and services it provides. In a collaborative effort, you and your Executive Advisor will develop your personalized leadership growth plan.

Professional Facilitation:

PEO’s Executive Advisors also professionally facilitate the Peer Advisory Board meetings so that all members extract the most benefit from each session. They encourage deeper dives on topics that are relevant to the group and promote strategic analysis of business and personal challenges. Because of their immense business experience, our Executive Advisors guide the meetings to provide maximum impact and harness the collective experience, creativity, intellect and wisdom of the Peer Advisory Board.

Member to Community Connections:

Our Annual Leadership Conference is a three-day members-only event that connects the entire PEO Leadership Community while providing a line-up of world renowned speakers, workshops, experiential activities and entertainment.  Our members enjoy a balance of executive networking opportunities and thought provoking presentations, coupled with fantastic food at an exquisite location. The conference schedule is complete with an exciting range of activities including fine dining, live music, networking, and some of today’s experts in leadership and performance. Over the years, our members have ranked the PEO Annual Leadership Conference at 4.9 out of 5.0 for value and experience.

PEO’s Eye Of The Executive Series is a sequence of member-only events that take place throughout the year. They include keynote speakers who deliver presentations that are both insightful and educational on a variety of topics that are beneficial to PEO’s Leadership Community. We complete each event with a fellowship reception where PEO members connect with leaders outside of their Peer Advisory Boards.
