
Ron Percy, Executive Advisor, TorontoAn enthusiastic and innovative executive with more than 20 years of demonstrated success in marketing, international sales and manufacturing, Ron Percy originally joined PEO in 2000 and has extensive experience as a facilitator and coach He has been a COO, GM and SVP of several companies, as well as serving as President and CEO of Datacor Atlantic Inc.
Ron has been recognized as a top corporate and community leader by the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) with experience as an information technology market maker and a hands-on team leader with a strong commitment to board relations, market innovation, employee development and client services.
Ron's many strengths centre around strategic leadership and corporate evangelism. His concentration has been on developing strong management teams and great client relationships. He has been involved in international sales, channel management, new product identification and planning in Canada, the US, Japan and Europe. Ron has a particular strength when it comes to crisis management, mentoring, and coaching which he showcased as President of Salt River Associates Inc. In this role he coached and mentored four start-up web based businesses.
Beyond the business world Ron is a community leader. He is Past President of the Board-Family Services of Peel and Campaign Chair for the South West New Brunswick United Way. He has been a Director of the Greater Moncton Economic Commission, the Moncton Chamber of Commerce, and the Moncton Headstart Program.
He is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick and has had Japanese language training. He has had further leadership training from the President's Association of the American Management Association, SHL Systemhouse, Learnsoft Corp., Hewlett Packard and IBM.
Ron is married to Elisabeth and is blessed with 3 great sons, David - a financier in London, England, Graham, an actor and James, a soldier in Canada's military. He is also blessed with a daughter Jennifer, currently studying Dentistry at the University of Connecticut.
He currently resides in Mississauga and is an alumnus of PEO.
