Robert Henri, MBA, Regional Executive Advisor Quebec Robert joined PEO in the fall of 2009 bringing us a management style that engages and motivates stakeholders at all levels. His particular ability to create partnerships within organizations and government bodies has enabled synergy and strength for companies to face the ever-growing competitive worldwide market place. He is known for his leadership skills, a very strong communicator and a promoter for change. Robert's no nonsense hands on approach, management expertise and leadership skills have been used in company start-ups, business turnarounds and business development. He has a reputation for using these traits in the coaching and guidance of senior leaders in both Quebec and abroad.

Robert has more than 27 years experience in management in various roles as an owner manager in the aesthetic industry and key senior management positions in the agri-food and high tech industries. His career started at Maple Leafs Foods; at 25 he achieved his first turnaround with a sluggish $90 Million division. He won an award for this accomplishment. He then successfully managed companies at Métro-Richelieu and BakeMark Canada. As COO at Syscan International, he started an RFI traceability division that developed into a new successful company. He started his own company in the aesthetic industry at LCI while at the same time managing ICG Canada in the food industry.

Since 2006, Robert has been heading his own consulting firm in Leadership, Coaching, Sales management as well as business start-ups and general management.

Robert holds a Masters in Business administration (MBA) and a degree in marketing from l'École des Hautes Études Commerciales of the University of Montréal. He also completed a training program at McGill University in project management. He is a past president of the Junior Chamber International (Jaycees), Montreal Chapter.

Robert is married and the father of two wonderful teenagers. He is a music lover and plays guitar and can sing from a large repertoire. He also enjoys outdoor sports such as fishing and golf.
