Andre D. Forget, Executive Advisor, MontrealAndre joined PEO in the summer of 2009 bringing along a wealth of experience as a Senior Executive and terrific credentials as a coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. André has had the opportunity to work on four continents and is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

André started and spent 18 years of his career with Xerox Canada and Xerox Corp., in sales and marketing. There he held many management and senior management posts in Canada and Latin America. On his return to Canada, Andre took on a new role as the President and COO of a National Company and led the merger of two dental product distributors with coast to coast operations.

In 1990, André started his own management consulting firm, offering mid and large Canadian companies, the tools and methodologies to improve their productivity. He has coached hundreds of improvement teams around the world. In addition to the above in the last few years he taught in the Master programs of the University of Sherbrooke.

Andre has been or still is member of many boards of directors, including that of the Caisse Desjardins du Lac-Memphrémagog. André is enrolled in the certification program of the Collège des Administrateurs de Société of Laval University. He lives in the beautiful town of Magog, renowned for its skiing and its water sports.

André is married to Louise and he has a daughter Claire, a CGA and CIA, three grandchildren: Katerina 19, Alexander 18 and Phillippe 12.
