On September 15/16, 2012 PEO Members and Alumni will once again enter and engage in something that is Physical, Fun, and requires some strong teamwork and commitment. Yes you heard me correctly, an emphasis on teamwork – great leaders like you are willing to allow others to draft behind them so they can also look like great cyclists. Last year 20 brave PEO Road Warriors took to the roads for a fantastic day! The dinner that night wasn’t bad either! This year we’re looking to have 35 of us in some fancy new jersey’s participating and enjoying the weekend!

“Physical energy is the foundation on which high performance rests. Failing to take care of ourselves physically ensures that we’ll ultimately be suboptimal at whatever we do.”
~ Tony Schwartz
Agenda:
Saturday Morning – 25 mile Family Ride and/or Race (There is also a 2 or 4 miler for the very young kids)
Saturday Evening – Enjoy the Sunset over Georgian Bay with Family Pasta, Cocktails and Bonfire chez Goren.
Sunday Morning – Choose between 2 races (50 miles/100 miles) – everyone starts at the same time from the same place (PEO Corral). For some it will be about the speed or improving their times from last year. For the rest of us it will be all about the scenery and journey!
The PEO Challenge:
To have at least one member from every PEO group participating in the event. Please let me know if you’re interested in participating and/or sponsoring this event (as a sponsor, your name goes on the jersey for all to see). It’s open to you, your friends and family, join us!
