Path 1: Path 1: Short-Term Programs
Leader Crisis Coaching
Geared for the leader who has a big problem and needs immediate support or intervention from a safe and confidential source of support and expertise, PEO offers a short-term, unique program to:
- Understand the problem and triage for help. Help the leader clearly identify and understand the problem, its magnitude and impact on self and others
- Bring in the right leadership, business or life experts, inside or outside of PEO, to storm through the issues and develop immediate recommendations for support or intervention
- Support the leader through transition, where feasible, to enable the leader to either resolve the problem or achieve a level of stability and safety
Typical duration:
1 -4 Weeks.
Program includes:
First Day
- Understand key aspects of the problem, the current situation, and immediate 24 – 48 hour needs, in person or by phone. Determine immediate next steps for action
Second - Third Day
- Form initial crisis response plan to identify course of action and trigger accelerated response to the problems and issues. Obtain Leader buy in for continued action and support.
After Third Day to 4th Week
- Ongoing support to leader in weekly support discussions
Fourth Week
- Crisis response evaluation and next steps to determine ongoing nature and duration of support.
Leader Transition Coaching
Geared for the leader who is forced into transition – at work, career or life, PEO offers a short-term, unique program designed to:
- Understand the transition, the problems associated with it, or needs, and then triage for the right help. We help the leader to articulate the transition problem or need, its magnitude and impact on self and others
- Bring in the right leadership experts, inside or outside of PEO, to storm through the issues and develop short (1-4 week) and mid-term (1-6 month) recommendations for transition support and action
- Support the leader through transition, where feasible, to enable the leader to either resolve the problem or achieve a level of stability and safety
Typical duration:
1 -3 Months
Program includes:
First Two Weeks
- Understand key aspects of the transition, the current situation, and short and mid-term action plan. Determine immediate next steps for action and measures of success
Next Two Weeks
- Coach to support transition action plan through weekly check-ins, problem storming and resolution, and commitments for action
Second – Third Month
- Ongoing support to leader in weekly support discussions
End of Third Month
- Leader transition coaching evaluation and next steps to determine ongoing nature and duration of support.
Path 2: Mid-term Programs
Leader Relations and Personal Brand
Designed for any leader to revitalize, reform and realize new or improved business or personal relationships and / or a personal leader brand. This unique coaching helps the leader to:
- Become more self aware of their unique leadership style, behaviour, and impact on others through profiling
- Identify immediate and mid-term leader objectives related to relationships / business / life objectives (wealth, health and legacy). Confirm the desired end state and measures of success
- Plot the path to accelerate energy, action and results including commitments

3-6 Months

First Month
- Initial leader check-in, leadership profiling and report out

Second Month

Designed for the entrepreneur of small-to-medium sized businesses who want to improve their own personal performance results, and that of their business, this program speaks to the unique, complex and compelling challenges and opportunities for the entrepreneur. This program is designed to improve the entrepreneur’s personal focus, energy and productivity, to stimulate strategic thinking and innovation for improved business results, or find new paths or channels to make more money. PEO’s uniquely designed pathway coaching program for entrepreneurs accelerates the path to success through:
- Understanding the current reality of self, the business wants and constraints, conditions of performance, and isolating key constraints and opportunities for immediate focus and change
