Upon enrolment, Members will initially develop a personal Member Growth Plan and a Life GPS Map™ that enables PEO to assign you to the right Executive Advisor and Peer Advisory Team.Our goal is to assign you to a Peer Advisory Team with the right chemistry that leverages your passions and talents while your career requirements (for those that are not entrepreneurs), personal wealth objectives, and the needs and complexities of your business are met. Your assigned Executive Advisor along with all our Executive Advisors are critical in ensuring PEO leverages the community and works hard to exceed your expectations in the delivery of your objectives. With over 20 years of experience in coaching executives and assembling Advisory Teams, PEO has developed four unique programs into which leaders are considered for.
This program provides an important perspective to Presidents and CEOs who are either running some of Canada’s Private and / or Public Corporations or who manage the Canadian operation of a multi-national organization. These are executives who constantly evaluate the future direction of their organization; they’re strong in governance, strategy and innovation, work towards overcoming obstacles and look to seize the right opportunities. This program consists of a combination of executive coaching, and a Presidential Advisory Team of up to 14 leaders who are engaged in objective and candid discussions as they look to challenge each other to raise both their leadership abilities as well as their organization’s value.

The PEO Senior Executive Program provides senior executives an unrivaled, evolving forum for growth. These executives will participate in a Peer Advisory Team of up to 14 leaders who are determined to accelerate their journey towards their personal and professional objectives. The forum takes place in a high trust environment that allows the difficult conversations to occur, conversations that allow these HR executives to really stretch their learning to become strategic leaders within their organizations.
The peer advisory program agenda starts with a focused dialogue on understanding the member, her or his unique lifeline and past experiences, and their life and business needs. A unique annual individual Member Growth Plan is developed focusing on three core elements of the life of the leader.
The PEO member growth plan focuses on the reality, needs and wishes of the member’s health and wealth as well as her or his business and career. Each plan sets the foundation for the member’s annual growth trajectory. Periodic check-ins are completed between the member and her or his executive business advisor to determine the member success and / or adjusted plan goals. In partnership with PEO, each member also completes her or his GPS Life MapTM. This proprietary life map shapes the member’s conversation and peer support process.
