The Pre-work:

• Working with the organizational leader in the development of the goals and objectives of the session so they are clear, concise, and meaningful.
• Developing the agenda, the preparation packages and setting the rules of participation.
• Meeting one on one with the various participants of the session prior to the date, if applicable.
• Selecting the meeting location if required.

• Facilitating the session in a manner that is focused, enabling of an open and constructive conversation, innovative, fun and driven towards the ultimate objectives.
• Keeping the participants and session on target and on time.

• Reporting the findings, action items and discussion of the session.
