Program Objectives:

  • Improve leadership growth to impact performance (achieving company objectives and what the CEO/Board defines as performance)
  • Create higher functioning leadership team effectiveness
  • Enable potential future leaders for succession planning
  • Broaden thinking across industries, functions and expertise
  • Improve problem solving at the Executive level
  • Improve communication skills with peers, direct reports, superiors and the Board
  • Establish higher trusted relationships with the CEO/President and the Board if applicable
