The Agenda includes:
A Presidential Time-Out Session. This is a three hour exercise with our President or CEO with the objective of providing the leader with an opportunity to review and reflect on the various aspects of his or her career path and to identify priorities. This is both a professional and personal session laying out in detail the leader's mandate and objectives for the upcoming year. The information gathered serves as the road map for both PEO and the leader. PEO will use the information to place the leader in a PAT (Presidential Advisory Team) that best fits his/her chemistry.
Assignment into a confidential, high disclosure and non-competitive peer to peer Advisory Team. These symbiotic groups consisting of up to 14 leaders are developed based on the leader's interests, the size of their organization, their passions, talents, needs, and complexity of their business and career requirements.
A Leadership Impact Assessment – you will be asked along with a number of your direct reports to complete an assessment. This exercise has been customized for PEO by our partner ACHIEVEBLUE to measure the difference between the leader you want to be and the leader you are currently. The information gleaned from the exercise can be used as the benchmark in working towards accelerating and sustaining your leadership success for the upcoming year.
The assignment of a highly qualified Executive Advisor who will run monthly 3-hour meetings and the 2 1/2 day Annual Retreat with the Presidential Advisory Team. Outside of the monthly meetings this Advisor will also be involved in working with each leader during the year to ensure he/she is on track to meet those objectives set out in the Time-Out session. The combination of leveraging both the expertise of the Executive Advisor and his/her connections to the community are critical components in driving accelerated success for our leaders.
Access to our Internal Membership System, and you and your organization's leadership team's participation in our Eye of the Executive Leadership Series.
One-on-One Coaching/Mentoring beyond the scope of this program with either the Executive Advisor of the group or an individual within the PEO organization.
