The Team Advisors are absolutely critical to both the membership experience and the culture we promote within the organization. PEO’s Team Advisors come from senior leadership position in a variety of industries. They serve as a facilitator, coach and advisor ensuring that each and every member that falls under their responsibility receives the necessary time and attention required to ensure that the organization constantly exceeds the expectations of the member. In order to accomplish this, they must be able to develop quality agendas with relevant content for the monthly advisory team meetings. They must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and listening skills, communication skills, relevant leadership experience, and a passion to help other leaders improve their effectiveness in terms of the way they lead their lives. This is no easy task!

Do you have what it takes to become a Team Advisor?

In order to qualify for this position you must have the following:

  • A demonstrated track record and in-depth business knowledge.
  • The confidence to influence and inspire leadership change.
  • A passion for people and giving back to the community.
  • Experience as a CEO, President, Business Owner, or as a first line executive team member.
  • Integrity and a solid professional reputation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • The ability to connect with people and lead groups of intelligent businesspeople
