• A Presidential Time-Out, a 3 hour session with one of our top advisors, which provides an opportunity for the owner to review and reflect on the many aspects of their leadership in a safe setting – to reconsider priorities in light of the whole picture. This is both a professional and personal session laying out in detail the owner’s mandate and objectives for the upcoming year. This critical process also allows the executive team of PEO to place that owner in a PAT that fits his/her chemistry while providing them with the best opportunity to learn from their peers so they can achieve many of their objectives.
  
  
• Attendance at the 2 ½ day annual Team Retreat which provides an opportunity for the team to further bond through various leadership exercises, experiential programs and social activities.
  
  
• The assignment of a highly qualified Advisor who will run the 11 monthly 3 hour meeting with the Presidential Entrepreneurial Advisory Team and also be involved in working with the owner during the year to ensure he/she is on track to meet those objectives set out in the Time-Out.
  
  
• The right to access our Internal Membership System. This system enhances the experience by providing additional networking and learning in the community, access to various opportunities (i.e. careers, board of director openings, family job opportunities, etc…), access to special interest and discussion groups, online best practices library, the ability to contact other leaders who may have experience in certain areas, socializing opportunities, white papers on a variety of leadership topics, etc…
  
  
• The right for the leader and/or their executive team to participate in the Eye of the Executive Leadership Series.
  
  
• The opportunity at no extra charge to complete an enhanced annual physical exam at Medcan, a North American healthcare leader with a network of worldwide clinics.
  
  
• Complimentary tickets to one annual social event per annum is at the discretion of PEO.
  

Membership fee to participate: $12,000/per annum inclusive of all of the above.
