As leader of PEO’s organization performance solutions group, Pierre brings a compelling blend of leadership strength, seasoned street-experience and innovative methods in focusing organizations on winning. He brings over 20 years of expertise from Corporate Canada and various consulting roles in Canada, the USA and Europe where he has been successful in unleashing the inherent value of both Fortune 500 and SME organizations. His expertise includes work in aerospace, high-tech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, financial, energy, risk management, health care, professional services and various levels of government. Within those sectors his expertise and work has involved using human capital strategies, business strategy maps, balance scorecards, performance management systems and reward strategies.
Pierre regularly speaks at conferences and conducts workshops across North America such as the Virginia Bankers Association, Federated Press, etc. and is guest lecturer at McMaster University’s clinical behavioural sciences undergraduate program.
He is a member of the International Personnel Management Association (IPMA) and holds an international HR accreditation. He is the former President of the GTA chapter of the IPMA and Chair of the national Human Resources Council of the pharmaceutical industry in Canada. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Personnel / Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Print Journalism. Pierre also holds various other professional credentials and has been a recipient of numerous performance and leadership awards.

Stu is a highly self-motivated and results oriented Sales Management Process and Training Consultant with over 20 years experience serving a broad range of markets and accounts.
