Charlene brings her extensive experience and positive energy to PEO as an Executive Advisor. She is passionate about leadership, business best practices, teamwork and mentorship.
Charlene has had a successful 30 year business career in the corporate and entrepreneurial sectors. At Honeywell, where she spent 12 years, Charlene moved from a financial leadership role to a leader in corporate integration and shared services. In 1999, she led the integration of AlliedSignal Canada and Honeywell Canada, into a $1 Billion Company. Afterwards, she created the Shared Services Division for Honeywell Canada, bringing together HR, Finance, IT from 20 locations across Canada. From there, she assumed greater responsibility for Honeywell global operations, and ran a number of their Shared Service Organizations. In addition, Charlene was appointed President of Honeywell Canada.
After receiving her Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, Charlene relocated from Montreal to Toronto, where she did her MBA at York University, and then started her career at Ford Motor Company of Canada. Charlene was at Ford for 15 years, honing her financial skills, in increasingly responsible financial positions.
Charlene is married with children and grandchildren.
