In October 2010 PEO will launch a 3 month leadership program for business leaders to explore a peer to peer environment. The twenty year old business known as PEO (Presidents of Enterprising Organizations) can best be described as a network of leaders who Connect, Think and Grow.

As a result of mounting queries about the peer advisory model during the uncertainty of current economic trends the new program will afford leaders the opportunity to experience a peer environment before making a long-term commitment. Joining is a serious decision and our research indicates that time, money and value are the factors that prospective members measure to ensure the group they choose is right for them.

A first of its kind at PEO, the 3 month program will provide the opportunity for leaders to experience personal and business growth as set out in their individual objectives. Those participating in the program will learn how the right chemistry of a facilitated peer group coupled with an experienced advisor will set the course for change, learning and development.

• A one-on-one relationship with a highly experience advisor who has been specially selected to suit the needs of the individual leader;
• Three monthly meetings with like minded peers who are interested in developing themselves and their businesses;
• Specialized seminars on relevant topics to further develop their goals and objectives.
