The PEO Experience
It’s often been said ‘it’s lonely at the top’— and that has never been truer than it is today. Being a corporate executive brings with it unique stressors, demands, and needs. Presidents of Enterprising Organizations (PEO), specializes in creating that safe harbour dedicated to helping today’s business leaders grow and succeed.
Through monthly, facilitated high-disclosure meetings, PEO provides corporate executives and entrepreneurs an intimate, safe environment to share, think, learn, challenge, and be challenged — both professionally and personally — with the help of their peers. These executives will tackle such issues as business strategy, succession planning, best business practices, leadership styles, strategic relationships, mergers & acquisitions, integration plans and those personal issues related to health, wealth management and family – real situations in real time. We believe if we can get a leader’s professional and personal life working in harmony, though not necessarily balanced, we will have assisted in maximizing the value and duration of that leaders career.
Our organization may be low profile our leaders are not, they operate with revenues of between $500K to $20 Billion and are comprised both of familiar brand names (Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Robert Half International, Grey Worldwide, Crayola, Carlson Wagonlit and Deloitte), a number of private enterprises you may never heard of (CIM, Triple M Metal, Wardrop Engineering, Pathway Communications, and Interprise Solutions) and a number of philanthropic organizations (The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, The Canadian Cancer Society in Ontario, and the World Wildlife Fund) to name a few.
Since 1991, PEO has delivered on our unique services and structure to change the way people live and the way business is done by improving the way leaders lead.

The credibility and success of each member experience hinges on the safety and security of the environment. The confidence they feel to be able to discuss sensitive issues and challenges is essential to their success. As such, PEO is committed to:
- Creating and preserving a growth environment for members by carefully selecting and matching each individual to a group of peers who have similar issues, needs, mandate, revenue size and business maturity.
- Providing facilitators who are skilled to lead a learning process and to create an environment where leaders can get to the key issues that affect their performance and their future.
- Guaranteeing that a member’s name is never distributed to any organization for the purpose of marketing or soliciting business.
Ensuring that a member is not placed in a Presidents Advisory Team with another member who may be a competitor, supplier, high stake client, or have any other connection which may be construed as a conflict of interest. Our standard of confidentiality for discussion will never be jeopardized.

PEO guarantees all
its members that if, after attending three consecutive PAT/BTN meetings,
they are not satisfied with their experience, they will receive a full
refund of their membership fee.

The Logo
GOLD
The refining process of a great leader is equal to that of gold. Valued for its rarity and workability, gold is extremely malleable and can be melted without damage. In fact gold is refined only at the severe temperature of 1064.4 degrees Celsius. Similarly, the defining moments of great leaders are forged in times of intense pressure. Without regard for personal sacrifice, our leaders are driven to fulfill a unique purpose. Their advances and discoveries shape our society. The world may survive without gold but we would be nowhere without the inspiration, pioneering spirit and character of our leaders.
CIRCLE
The circle demonstrates the unity of the PEO Presidents Advisory Team (PAT). The PAT is a select group of people who associate for professional and personal development. Many criteria help PEO match an individual to their PAT group. These include, but are not limited to industry, or similarity in business needs, mandate, interests, revenue and size. Once the PAT group finds the right balance the uniqueness and strength of the united whole stretches the capacity of each individual member, changing lives and changing industries.
